Halloween in fast approaching!  You've carved the pumpkins, toasted the seeds, strung up the lights, bought the candy and purchased the costumes!  So now we wait until the little monsters come knocking looking for their sugary reward!  So how can this help you when it comes to real estate?  Are you considering selling your home this coming spring?  If you have a lot of trees you may want to consider having professional pictures taken of you property!  Fall brings up good memories for a lot of people about family, friends, apples, cider and donuts!  How great would it be to include some pictures of your property in the fall to include in your listing to give potential buyers a look at how beautiful their new property is year round?!

Happy Fall Y'all!
